Our modern facility have a current capacity of over 400 million pieces per annum,for male condoms. Also currently Cupid has the capacity to produce 8 million pieces per year of the female condom. It's facilities near Nashik are located about 200 Km. East of Mumbai. Cupid Ltd. is public limited company listed in Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) since 1995. Cupid Ltd. employees approximately 250 people with wide experience in production, maintenance, quality control, and R&D. Cupid's operations are organized in three 8 hr shifts per day. Cupid Ltd. has an active R&D center in addition to its main production facility. Cupid Ltd is actively involved in research related to HIV/AIDS prevention technology like female condoms .Cupid works with healthcare professionals, governments and organizations to support them in promoting good sexual health and the importance of consistent condom use to prevent HIV and other STDs. In order to execute its responsibility to help the society control AIDS and STD and control growth rate of population, Cupid has an important role to play “To Help the world play safe”. Cupid Ltd. factory is fully equipped and has an active quality control and quality assurance program including the testing of raw material up to final packaging of the product. Its laboratory is equipped with state of the art insturments including air inflation tester to check the bursting volume & pressure, tensile tester to check physical properties and water leakage tester to check pin holes. Further, aging oven and seal integrity tester are also available to check perameters at each stage during production. The production process includes compounding, dipping, and online electronic testing. Cupid Ltd.
